For many people, commuting is a daily and unavoidable activity. Wherever you live in the world, whether it’s a city or a town, it’s a fundamental part of everyday life – we need to, after all, connect to places and people, and to do this we need to move. We need to commute.

However, it’s not always plain sailing. Certainly, on occasion, commuting will be a breeze, a seamless experience, but, by and large, it’s far from perfect. Whatever your main choice of transport – car, bus, metro or bicycle – commuting is often difficult, hard going and exceptionally time-consuming.

Does it need to be like this? Not at all. Through innovation and technology “we can reclaim the commute“. It can be fun, productive and even meaningful.
