Prior to taking on his role within InMotion, Mike most recently supported the growth of Pivotal, building processes and systems for a better customer experience now and in the future.
He has substantial experience in the automotive and luxury industry, having previously managed ultra-high net worth clients across the globe for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. Mike has developed a variety of customer insight and retention platforms and has consulted in overseas markets, training internal teams and external partners to develop a consistent, efficient and personable approach to brand interaction.
Mike has also studied a Masters degree in Investment Fund Management at the University of Glasgow and is a graduate of the University of Worcester with a BA (Hons) Accounting degree.
Outside of work, you will find Mike painting or sketching, travelling to obscure destinations or talking rubbish at the pub!
