Lubica is the Project Lead at InMotion working across InMotion and Jaguar Land Rover. Lubica’s career started in several marketing and strategy roles focusing on brand, digital and product in drinks, steel, construction, and manufacturing industries.

Lubica joined Jaguar Land Rover in 2007, where she predominantly held business ops and strategy roles. Lubica holds an MBA degree from University of Birmingham and Masters in Marketing from Comenius University.
