Nicole Pearce – EA and Office Manager

Nicole joined InMotion Ventures in 2022 as Office Manager and EA providing executive support to both Mike Smeed and Jasdeep Sawhney.

Nicole previously spent several years working as an Executive Assistant within the tech and finance sectors. One of her proudest achievements within her career was working within the Government commissioned Taskforce led by the City of London, to set up the independent membership body, Progress together, which was created with the aim of driving socio-economic diversity at senior levels across UK financial services.

At weekends Nicole spends time with her husband Ben enjoying life by the Bournemouth Coast.
